Cold-forged or Cold-extruded Accumulator
Material
Our accumulators have been made of a specialist grade of steel alloys, or a specialist grade of aluminum. The material we have chosen gives excellent strength, longevity in resisting corrosion, and stability for a permanent lifespan. The alloys we have chosen have an ideal balance of durability and flexure, so accumulators can resist cyclic loading and pressurising, which is normal in hydraulics. For extra longevity, we have encapsulated our products using protective covers for extra prevention of corrosion and for being able to perform well in extreme environments.

Production Processes
1. Cold Forging and Cold Extrusion: The process begins with cold-foraging or cold-extrusion, which shapes raw material under room temperature. The process is enhanced for enhanced strength and durability in resisting fatigue, and it can achieve a great amount of precision.
2. Machining: After being shaped, the accumulator is machined under tolerance for a perfect fit in hydraulically driven systems. The accumulator is machined for a precise size and surface.
3. Surface Treatment: Accumulators undergo an anodizing or galvanizing process, depending on the material, in a process aimed at protecting the material from corrosion and maximizing its operation time.
4. Assembly: If necessary, the accumulator can go for additional assembly steps, such as other part mounting and sealing.

Packaging and Storage
Each accumulator is packed carefully so it is not harmed when being shipped. Protective material is used in which it is packed so it is guarded against environmental forces, dust, or dampness. Accumulators have to be left in cold, dry environments for long-term storage, away from sunlight or weather conditions which can weaken its structural support.
